EC Service Ownership - Overview
is incremental change, tight feedback loops, shared knowledge, and mutual respect
the philosophical origin of most advancements in thinking
Am I creating incremental change that serves my customers? Am I creating the right incentives for the teams I support to do the right thing? Am I teaching others how to write deploy scripts?
Don't accept the answer that your responsibilities are completely isolated from, or dedicated to, DevOps. Inhabit the practice of collaboration. Share every last bit of knowledge you have with your neighbors
If you create a DevOps team, but don't create the right feedback loops, you end up right back where you started: with people in camps that have competing motivations and orthogonal skillsets. Your delivery process might get incrementally better, but the org won't
More than that, it's a mindset
That's what DevOps is: a set of practices that encourage continuous integration into production
definition: "DevOps is a set of practices intended to reduce the time between committing a change to a system and the change being placed into normal production, while ensuring high quality."

However, you can either cast it to IShape or assign the instance to an IShape type variable and then you’ll be able to call the Print() method.
You can no longer call the Print() method from an instance of Triangle. You will get a compile error
explicit implementation of the interface is automatically public.
It also does not have a public modifier
In explicit implementation, it is slightly different. The Print() method will be marked as IShape.Print()

Campaigners will spend a lot of time exploring social relationships, feelings and ideas before they find something that really rings true. But when they finally do find their place in the world, their imagination, empathy and courage are likely to produce incredible results.
Campaigners are very emotional and sensitive, and when they step on someone’s toes, they both feel it.
The Campaigner personality type needs to be careful, however – if they rely too much on their intuition, assume or anticipate too much about a friend’s motivations, they can misread the signals and frustrate plans that a more straightforward approach would have made simple.
Introduction | Campaigner (ENFP) Personality | 16Personalities
The challenge for Campaigners is that they live in a world of checks and balances, a pill they are not happy to swallow.
Unfortunately their skill with upkeep, administration, and follow-through on those projects struggles. Without more hands-on people to help push day-to-day things along, Campaigners’ ideas are likely to remain just that – ideas.
