(2)Home and vehicle modification. Covered home or vehicle modifications are physical modifications to the member's home or vehicle that directly address the member's medical or remedial need. Payment shall be approved for the following services to members eligible for the HCBS physical disability waiver as established in 441-Chapter 83 and as identified in the member's service plan.
